If you meet our other criteria, you can also buy online. If you cannot make these statements we may not be able to provide cover, or we may need to assess your medical health over the phone.

Please confirm the following statements:
- In the last 3 months, no person to be insured has
- received radiotherapy or chemotherapy;
- had major surgery;
- had a coronary artery bypass graft.
- No person to be insured has a clinically diagnosed psychiatric disorder, anxiety or depression which has resulted in
- you cancelling or cutting short a trip; or
- a compulsory admission to hospital for treatment; and
- more than one hospital admission (including compulsory admissions) in the last 2 years.
- No person to be insured:
- requires oxygen at home or when travelling;
- requires renal (kidney) dialysis;
- has chest pains when resting, or following a stent or bypass procedure;
- has secondary cancer or tumours.
- No person to be insured is
- waiting for investigation or referral, or the results of any investigation, treatment or surgical procedure, for any condition, whether diagnosed or undiagnosed;
- a smoker with any one of the following conditions: asthma, diabetes, COPD or other conditions affecting the lungs, or any heart or circulatory condition.
